We refer to the Malaysian Bar Circular No 187/2025 dated 5 June 2025.
The Bar Council Solicitors’ Remuneration Enforcement Committee (“SREC”) is currently collecting feedback on appropriate sanctions for breaches of the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2023 (“SRO 2023“).
We invite members to submit feedback on any recommendations to enhance compliance to uphold the integrity of the legal profession.
