Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
We refer to our Circular No: 145/2020 dated 9 November 2020.
We have just received a notification via email from the Director of e-Courts, Puan Hamidah Binti Mohamed Deril, that due to the extension of the Conditional Movement Control Order from 9 November until 6 December 2020, the expansion of the e-Court System to the Subordinate Courts in Terengganu scheduled for 16 to 19 November 2020 has been postponed to a date to be fixed.
