Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee (“CPCLC”) is currently reviewing the Rules of Court 2012 (“ROC”) with a view to proposing improvements and amendments.
We kindly invite members to provide their feedback on any suggested amendments to any of the provisions of the ROC that ought to be improved, enhanced or clarified.
To contribute, kindly submit your proposal here by Friday, 20 June 2025.
