The E-Review Programme has been implemented at the Federal Court and Court of Appeal starting from 22 October 2018. Please refer to BC Circular No 258/2018 | Implementation of the E-Review Module in Court of Appeal and Federal Court dated 17 October 2018.
Subsequently, the E-Review Programme was also implemented in the Kuala Lumpur (Commercial) High Court on a trial run from 24 December 2018. (Please refer to our newsletter at https://klbarcommitee.website-design.my/notification-on-the-implementation-of-pioneer-module-of-e-review-programme-in-kuala-lumpur-commercial-high-court/).
The KLBC Civil Practice and Court Liaison Committee (CPCLC) is currently seeking feedback from members regarding the above programme. Members are welcome to send their feedback/comments to yati@klbar.org.my latest by Friday, 11 January 2019.
