We are pleased to remind members to make use of the online public auction system known as e-Lelong. You may access this via elelong.kehakiman.gov.my. e-Lelong is an online system in Malaysia conducting public auctions of immoveable property for foreclosure proceedings in the High Court of Malaya.
Please take note that the e-Lelong system replaces the manual public auction. The e-Lelong system enables bidders to bid online without going to court. Through the e-Lelong system, the identity of bidders are confidential in order to avoid any leakage of information and bidders may bid without any interference from third parties or syndicates.
The online public auction is controlled by the Deputy Registar/Senior Assistant Registrar at the e-Lelong Operations Centre located in the Kuantan Court Complex, Pahang.
