Court Operations In Kuala Lumpur During The Extended Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) Period From 9 November to 6 December 2020

 

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

 

We refer to the above matter and to our Circulars No. 119/2020 and 128/2020.

Kindly be informed that we have on 8 November 2020 received an email from the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Courts that the directives as stated in the above circulars will continue to apply until 6 December 2020.
